HDSC is funded from the activities of running Swimming Competitions and from its Members Subscriptions. If you have incurred expenditure on pre-authorised Club business, download this form, attach receipts and hand to the Treasurer. For guidelines on allowable expenses click here. All claimed expenses must be in line with HDSC Policy and current ASA Law. Receipts must be attached where appropriate. Claims must be made within 28 days. Expenses will normally be paid out on Monday evenings. The Club pays for entries to ASA Age Group and Youth Nationals, and makes a contribution to expenses incurred in attending. The amount paid depends upon the number qualifying and the location of the meet. Any Member who may experience financial difficulties in attending such a meet should approach in confidence either the Membership Officer or Treasurer. The Club also carries limited insurance cover which under certain circumstances could pay for a private medical Consultation for members who (for example) become injured.
